Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds shall be issued only if the project has not commenced and upon written request within 7 business days of making the payment. No refunds will be provided once the project has begun. Refunds will not be granted due to changes in business circumstances, lack of utilisation, or dissatisfaction with the final deliverables, unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the services at any time before the project commencement for a full refund. If the cancellation request is made after the project has begun, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the project cost may apply. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Fortex Global Innovation’s official email address. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

General Terms

Fortex Global Innovation reserves the right to terminate any project or service due to breach of contract or non-payment by the client. Fortex Global Innovation reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any other situation beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be provided with a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the services. Changes or modifications to the project scope, requirements, or specifications requested by the client after the commencement of the project may result in additional charges and delays. These changes must be agreed upon in writing. Fortex Global Innovation is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues arising from third-party services, platforms, or technologies integrated into the client’s project. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by these refund and cancellation policies.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is effective from the day payment is made and may be subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
